A note went home yesterday about the Catholic Schools Week Mass on Feb. 3rd (next Friday). It is a permission slip that needs to be signed and returned. We will need drivers to bring the students back to school at approximately 9:30 a.m. So far we have one driver.

We are up to 11 doz. kolaches and 2 doz palincky. Thanks. I see Raleys has a European (Hungarian) goulash in their monthly magazine. That recipe could work for us.

A note went home today about our class service schedule for the year. We will need drivers for 34 students to each of these services. Our first one is Oct. 12th to Park Merced. Please sign and return the permission slip. Check the dates you will be able to drive. All paperwork for driving needs to be turned in to the school office prior to Oct. 12th. Drivers must have safe environment training and have been fingerprinted. Thank you for enabling us to go on these service trips.

Safe environment training is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 28th at 6:00 in the OLM School library. If you haven't had the training and would like to go on our class field trips or help at the 8th grade graduation dance that we host, you need to attend this training. It may not be offered again for some time.

It was nice to see such great supporters of OLM School at the fundraiser Saturday night. It was a great evening.

We have ITBS Testing next week. Please make sure your students are in school Mon-Fri. In 7th grade we take an additional battery of tests which takes us all week.

Safe environment training will be offered again on Sept. 28th. 7th Grade parents who want to go on field trips with us or chaperone at the graduation dance which we host, must have this training. If you have already completed the training, you do not have to do it again.
